You guys think a 336w that's a few years old with high rise mounts and a sling is worth $365? He wants $400 with a cheap Simmons 4x32 scope. Any input would be very helpful

Plus if you dont like the scope a fairly good one will cost bout 189.00

Two years ago, resting on the side of a big oak, I put two rounds 4 inchs apart right in the boiler room of a large doe from 304 yds with the Hornady Leverevalution ammo. When I sighted it in (of the bench) it was shooting MOA! 336, 30-30
If it were not completely calm and this gun did not shot MOA I would not have taken the shot. But I knew the 160 gr bullet with that BC would still be effective on the animal. I WAS RIGHT!

Got the whole deal for $300. Box of core lokt, leather sling, scope and mounts plus hammer spur. Good deal?
