Ahh, back from lunch. Axxe, have you personally looked through a scope at a target ranged at 1000 yards? Did you pull the trigger? Were you able to see where the bullet impacted through YOUR scope after recoil? If so, what glass are you using?

I realize that you must be frustrated with the plethora of ignorance being flung your way but, I find it highly unlikely that you are a 1000 yard, one man team. Not trying to incite a riot, just wondering what your back-up is as for the most part, I agree with most of your posts.

i am backing off this thread and have nothing further to input on this subject. ater some of the posts made, i have a feeling it may get locked down.

the last i will say is this. target shooting and sniping are two different types of shooting. please refer to my previous posts here for reference to what my thoughts and opinions are on the subject.

good night.

Well rookie, you notice just how passionate things get around here? No worries! The fact that I have been shooting long range for two years doesn't even earn me rookie status.

If you ever run into a person that knows it all, it's likely they don't.

It's more than possible to be an advanced LD shooter with less than 2 years behind the rifle.

are you trying to start an argument? i seriously hope not! i have been shooting well over 40 years and was taught quite a bit about shooting rifles from my father. i also used common sense and did lots of reading and learning on shooting over the years on my own. and for the record, i do not know it all and am still learning, but still know quite about shooting. now if that remark was directed towards me, i fully expect an apology from you and ask that you keep them to yourself in the future. such remarks are a good way to cause yourself problems here on the forum.
