Ya get a marlin m1895sbl in 45 70 but be warned that it will kick your head off if your not used to heavy recoil.

God how I want one so bad. We have one, it's my great grandfathers I doubt it's ever been shot, my dad wants me to take it somewhere to see if it will still shoot then take it hunting . I am just scared it's so old modern ammo will cause it to blow up in my face or something, it's a winchester 30WCF.

I've always loved the Marlin 336, and will own one... one day.

I can't tell you how much I want a big bore lever gun, most likely 45-70 but I haven't decided yet. One day I'll get one.
