"Orginally"? No-don't think so- but look at how far back "orginal" can be with the M-N.
The laminates I have seen have been on the post war re-arsenaled rifles- stocks were messed up, so when going back thru arsenal, orginal was tossed, new laminate installed. |
Some post WWII Mosins did have laminate stocks. Maybe some late war stocks were, but I am not certain. Most of the laminate stocks we are seeing now are post war refurbs placed on the rifles between the 50s and 70s. If you have a 1939 Izhevsk Mosin-Nagant with at laminate stock, it is an original Soviet stock but was not on the rifle in 1939.

I didnt buy it, ive seen it at the sporting goods store for months. They get the normal ones in from time to time and there cheaper. I was just wondering about this one.
