I believe they've got Aluminum slides. For the money they charge for those things you can have a nice Ruger Mark III.

Yeah I have one my dad bought. Had nothing but problems with it. I always reach for the s&w.

Surprised to see a Mauser in the mix, but I guess any firearm can let go if enough pressure is generated.

Seems no manufacturer was exempt. I am willing to bet more than half of those are ammo related.

I would say most of them are, except for the P-22's. Those things crack slides with most any .22 ammo on the market.
