Default Just picked up the Beretta CX4 Storm

in 45 ACP and all I have to say is wow!!! This gun is soooo much fun to shoot. I was thinking of buying it in 9 MM for cheaper ammo but decided on the 45 for a liitle more kick and I'm glad I did. I tried buying one on-line at Bud's but they said they wouldn't ship it to Suffolk or Nassau counties in New York so I ended up buying it local to me at a store around the corner.

This is a solid feeling carbine and way easy to break down for cleaning. I like the open sights but thinking on puting one of those holographic sights on it.

Can'y wait for Saturday off to the range again!

I think the concept of an light, short, handy carbine in .45acp makes a LOT of sense for home defense. I just wish they was offered in double stack magazines.

I have a 40 storm for home defense. I love the gun but the only downside is the horrible trigger. I had to do a lot of work to it to get it nice. The weight is fine its just so long that you wonder if the gun will ever fire. There are several articles floating around that tell you how to fix the problem. Other than that they are very reliable fun guns.

+1 on the Beretta Storm. I have one in 9mm. Cheap shooting and very reliable. Uber-cool looking gun.
