I did something similar and ended up walking out with a blow gun. What do I need a blow gun for? That's what the wife keeps asking. When I figure it out I'll tell her.

Thanks guys,I just received my reworked Choate Tactical stock from them yesterday for my 25/06. It fits great,They accidently made it for a staggered feed magazine,but it is a center feed,so they had to machine the rear pillar so the magazine clip would be out of the way of the bolt.
Fred Choate is a very nice and willing to please person,and I have always like the products that his company turns out. I would rather deal with his company direct,than buy from dealers that carry his stuff.

Hopefully I will get to the range Monday and have a report on it,I haven't got everything for the 308 yet so it will just have to wait.
