It kinda looks like a sporterized British Enfield jungle carbine Mk V using an AK mag, but it's hard to see without my reading glasses.

would like to get inside one of those. Looks like a new receiver with a conventional bolt action using an AK barrel. From Pakistan, it is probably hand made. Looks interesting. Probably not many of them. I think it would make a nice curiosity piece in my collection.

I would probably choose a Lee -Enfield or a 03A3, but being left handed, would prefer a shorter left hand Rem. 700 in .308 with detachable magazines.

WARNING!!! This is an old fart waxing sentimental WARNING!!!

Is there a caliber limit? If not, I have just though of the weapon I would use if there where no semi-autos allowed, but it still retains the cartridge in the chamber, and uses no rockets, and is tacti-cool. The 106mm recoiless rifle. When my time ran out, and got out of active duty, I tried to to stay in the Navy, in the reserves. Having never been on a ship of my own, and the last two years of my hitch in the Navy's infantry branch, can't remember the name, I did like the fit in the Navy reserve, so I joined the Army reserve because I knew how to live on my feet, and like to have options if somebody shot a torpedo at me.. I was put onto a jeep mounted 106mm. How cool, a gun, hooked to a jeep. Imagine the possibilities. Personally fired a ton of rounds from one two Summer camps at McCoy. They eventually took them away and gave us Dragon or some other named anti-tank missile. Then, because of the cost, we were given one of them, and drew lots to see who would shoot it. Summer camp was never any fun after that. It took hale and hearty men to crew the 106, because when it went off, the blast concussion out the front and back was a real nut-rattler. Guys started out standing manly legs spread, and by the third shot, found comfort crouched down protecting the nads. Don't take my word for it, google 106mm recoiless rifle anti tank, they were on Marine Ontos too, 6 of them.

With what I could actually afford to buy I'd probably get a Remington 7mm mag with a 24" barrel and a nightforce scope. I'd use a see through scope mount and have iron sights zeroed for shots inside of 50 yards. For backup I'd carry an 8 shot .357 Magnum in case someone got up close and personal.

If the sky was the limit id want a suppressed TrackingPoint XS1 .338 Lapua.

And a S&W .500 magnum for up close and personal work.

XS1 338: $17000
338 Suppressor: $1775
S&W 500: $1050

Total: $19825

Yeah that's a pipe dream. But a beautiful one!

I would have to take something in the .223 catagorie because I could carry more bullets with me so a Mossberg MVP in bull barrel would be my choice. A 30-06 rifle would beat the heck out of me shooting it repeadily at someone. A lever action would get your rounds off faster to keep them from over running your position. A shotgum would be great in the jungles. But since the .223 magazines wouldn't. be around if banned. I'm sticking to the lever action 336. I can shoot the gun and keep it aiming in the same direction to recocking the gun. Seems like the lever actions move less when cocking the gun after a shot and alot quicker to get back on sight.
