If i had to vote between those 2, i'd also say the 2nd, i'm a sucker for the longer barrels.
If you can stretch that budget to another $100, you can get an Armalite Ar-50 for $2700, No scope, Bipod, case or cleaning kit, it's pretty much OEM, but i bought this one and after i got my accessories i came out just shy of $3050 not including ammo, The barrett M99 on the other hand was $3300 with everything but a scope, so i think i did pretty good, i hate sunday's mail doesn't move, meaning my 50 is sitting in some unworthy UPS building!
