Sorry! I would get a bolt gun! I bought a Howa 1500 HB that was intended for a Police dept. near me that did not have the correct stamps. I bought it for $475.00. It shoots 7.62x51 or .308 handloads just as well. It has a 22" HB and is not really that heavy for hunting. I changed the original 6-24x40mmAO scope out for a 3-12x42mmAO and have lost zero. There was a time that 700 yards was my thing. Now 400 yards is long. I can load 168gr match, 120gr varmint, 150..165gr sp for a little larger game and it is actually boring at times.

TOTALLY UNIMPORTANT. Screw 'em,

if they come to me, at the last second,

because they didn't have the foresight to

prepare in advance, they are just going to

have to be happy with whatever they get,

IF anything is available, and to that they are going

to have to adapt.

It has been a long time since the Titanic sank. You should have been able to buy some by now.
