Do yall know of anybody who makes high cap magazines for savage model 111?

Charlie,There is a complete kit that you can buy for a Savage but they aren't cheap.You will also need to inlet the bottom metal into your stock if you don't already have the detachable magazine setup.

I can't remember who makes it.CDI makes one,but it's for a short action.

Here's a link to a guy that shows you how to make your own Hi-capacity mags for a long action.

Thanks. I watched the video and that is amazing. The savage has the detachable box magazine set up. Would this magazine conversion work for the Savage 11/111 FCNS chambered in 30-06 Springfield or .300 Winchester Magnum? The website is not very clear.

You could call SSS and ask if they are doing anything for Long Actions,but all of the stuff on their site is for Short Action Calibers.

Ok. I was talking to my dad the other day and now he wants a new gun to. I think he wants the same one as me so I need two mags now. lol
