Have you ever shot one? If so what did you like dislike about it ...I burnt my arm because the shell didn't eject properly and it landed on me.

I love mine. That can happen with just about any semi-auto. As long as it doesn't happen all the time it's no biggie. Mine functions perfectly and is very accurate. I took a deer with one shot at about 35 yards using Hornady 180 gr. hollow points. Went about 50 yards and fell down. Very good gun for a very reasonable price and lifetime guarantee to boot!

I can't speak for the .40, but I have the 9mm and haven't had any problems with it. Also, no matter what you've heard, Hi-Point's customer service and warranty are unbeatable.
