The Rollers are locked because the extractor is engaging the cartridge rim. You can open it. Then you need to clean the bolt completely, as in disassemble. Remember, your bolt is cocked. Take it outside and while hitting the butt on concrete, also apply pressure the the charging handle. Don't be shy about smacking it. keep head away from muzzle just in case. Your problem is a filthy bolt.
