The only thing that's really available for the 702 is the standard stock, but there is a youth model that has a little bit shorter stock

It's highly unlikely that you will find a takeoff, but they may be available from Mossberg. I'd send them an email asking if the youth stock is sold separately if you were willing to go that route.

Thanks. I was hoping my gunsmith would contact Mossberg and get the youth thumb hole stock...they're out according to the first shop I went to but I have a trust issue with them so that's why there is a 2nd & 3rd option...

Right, thats the 715T/718T series...I have the 702 which is the same tube & receiver, but a traditional shaped black synthetic stock. in order for DW to be able to shoot it from the shoulder we need some kid of sliding folding stock(like on the HK MP5 .22 replica). I had bought the 702 hoping to mod it for her and get my 10/22 back but at this point my best option is to just mod this one for me and get a 10/22 in .22 magnum,..and let her keep the old one!!
