hi im new here, sorry to sound like a noob, but i dont know anything about guns, can you guys tell me what the name this gun the boy is please.

Might be a FN, I was thinking maybe CETME (which also looks like a H&K) ? Rusty for sure.

Given the probable part of the world and the fore end I am going to agree with C3 and say most likely a CETME.

Some version of the HK21 beltfed. IIRC, CETME beltfeds were based
on the MG42.

Looks like a CETME and I could be mistaken but to the right of the boy on the tank it appears to be a MIDAS 2.5" muffler??

Come on, too easy. HK-21. Belt fed 7.62 X 51 with quick change barrel. It has seen its better days.
