Default H&r 1871 .223

I've got my eye on a single shot .223 that I was thinking about buying for a buddy. Any thoughts?

Thanks. I have a model 11 savage, .22-250 that i hunt yote's with, and my buddy likes to go with me, so i was wondering if it was a good pick. He doesnt have anything, and i figured id let him shoot that. I wanted something that wasnt extremely expensive, but could still do a good job. What kind of groups does yours shoot?
