I was working on my Marlin 60,
replacing the buffer the other day,
when one of the really small E-clips
popped off the side of the receiver
assembly, and hit the floor running.
It's probably heading to Wyoming for vacation.
Hope it sends a postcard. Or not.
The point is, there's 4 E-clips on this
plate, and 3 of them are very small.
After spending a lot of time at the hardware
and home improvement stores, I decided to try
the auto parts store.
In the Dorman "Help" (red blister packs) section
they have an E-clip assortment for @4.59.
It had the small clips I need to fix the Model
60, and an assortment I'm sure will come in handy
in the future.

YES, your local auto parts store...................
When all else fails.
Brownells sells a small assortment(of course!).
Just walking on the edge of of my grave.
I have been able to find stuff like that at a local store called Mesa Bearing. They sell bearings and seals, stuff like that. I have also found E clips, C clips and other odd ball stuff.
Romans 1:16 I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile.
