I really like my dad's Winchester M70. It's a pre-'64 model that's chambered in .270 Win.
The bolt on that thing feels like it's riding on ball bearings.

I'd grab my AR-57. Its the only rifle I own that is in one piece. Plus, my shotgun is insured... and in pieces so I'd more than likely drop part of it on the way out.
