Now you say you know what your talking about! Well if the powder was of the same type,and same charge and the only difference was the bullet weight,then yes,you are correct about the heavier bullet dropping before the lighter one with most 30/30 bullets.
But being a reloader for many years,there's hardly any load that is the same for different weights of bullets,and being that most bullets have a better BC as they get heavier,it will in most cases blow your theory all to pieces.
A 308 or 300 WM will shoot a 208gr AMax bullet further and more accurate than a 168gr AMax bullet.It's because the BC of the heavier bullets allows it to do so.
I'm known to shoot just a little,so prove me wrong.
Being that you are new here,it might help if you didn't try to shout at people,the Mod's might tell you to play else where.
