does anyone know where i can possibly find these magazines?
 

looking for a mag for a savage 6400 .222 cal. Does anyone know where i can find one? doing a restore of a Katrina survivor she is pretty rusty but i really need to find a mag for it

or does anyone know if there is a current production magazine that will work for it?

Hmmm that's a tough one.

It does seem that that the savage formost/jcpenny 6400 should be the same as the savage 340 and 325 atleast of mags. They can be found on EBAY, Wisnels and Brownells atleast. You can find photo's of a 340 to compare actions to be sure that the metal work is alike.
