I use regular old camo bow tape on my firearms - on those rare occasions where I think it might be necessary. Goes on and comes off easy, don't cost much, doesn't screw up the gun's looks for the 99% of the time that camo is not really needed.

That's "bow tape" as in bow-hunting. Works great.

i can spend less than $30 on Krylon Camo paint and do several guns. i have actually done several of my own and if properly prepped the results are good looking and will stand up to a lot of abuse.

personally i find it hard to justify the price. JMHO.

My son came up with an idea for tactical camo butt paint. - When you are doing your business out in the woods, he says, enemy snipers can see your butt from more than a mile away.

But not if you use our new tactical camo butt paint kit!

Don't forget though, that you can get a more professional look with tactical camo butt dip, instead of using the usual Krylon and blue tape method.

We have added quite a few camo patterns to "pick" from...

I've been notified off-board that the tactical camo butt-paint kit should include a can of scent neutralizer.

Any other ideas?
