i was giving some thought to a nice laminate or walnut stock for one, something along the lines of the older Winchester M70's or the Remington M700 CDL wood stocked rifles. kind of that look. just an idea i'm kicking around.

I put a boyds on my 243 x7 it flloks sweet, I know some are thinkin a boyds, well yes they are good stocks an mine fit perfect droped right in. I got the pepper lam classic not the thumb hole

another source i found was Richard's Microfit Stocks, they list a stock inlet for the X7's soon to be released, but i don't khnow if they are available yet. check out their website. show me a picture of the Boyd's stock. i'm curious as i have been on their website a few times.

The one my dad has doesnt say sako anywhere on it
