Basement of my new house is just too humid, had to find a nice dry spot. I'm not a clothes-horse so made good use of the closet

I pointed out to the Mrs. that there are spaces available for 2 additional long guns.......

(My wish list is long)

Looks like room for an AR and some form of lever rifle.

I am thinking a carbine/lever action for sure (open sights), not sure about an AR if I do it has to be .308

They make AR's in plenty of flavors.

That might just be the best use of closet space I've ever seen.

Thats how my collection started also, untill I didnt feel right with all the stuff behind just a wooden door. And I had to cave in and buy a gun cabinet. Then I figured I had to much invested in firearms to just keep them in a thin metal box. So I had to purchase an actual safe, and its well worth the investment in keeping my firearms safe.

Nice rack !

You might be on this already, but pad out the cut outs for the barrel to prevent friction marks on your barrel. It happened to me .
