Default Cheap paper punching at 200 yards

Here is my current gun inventory:
.22 marlin 795
.22 marlin 60 dlx
.22 marlin 39a
.22 cz 452 ultra lux
.17 hmr savage 93r17

12 ga Ithaca 37
.410 Winchester

.22 ruger mark iii
.22 ruger single six
.380 cz 83
9mm cz 75
.357 ruger Blackhawk

As you can see, I can't do much good (flat) 200 yard shooting with what I've got. I don't mind cheap guns. My ideal gun would probably something in the marlin x series in .223 but they don't make it in .223. I don't really want to pay more than that price range for a plastic gun.
I'd probably be happier if I just jumped up to the next price point.
Buds has the cz 527s in the $620-650 range (synthetic $525). Is their anything else in the new market I should consider? I am really thinking about getting the carbine or the varmint-- two very different guns.
Other considerations: I live in California and don't hunt very often.
Thoughts?

I have always liked the Remington 700, the Savage is a accurate gun too.

You've never tried your 22 rifles or 17 at 200 yards? Every 22 rifle I've shot at 200 yards did well, 3moa at the most. I would think one of yours would be close to MOA accurate. I've only shot a 17 at 150, but would think it would do 200 as well if not better than a 22.

Your 357 should do 200 yards as well.

I guess I would just want something that shoots relatively flat at 200 yards.

The Marlin X7 is a fabulous rifle. They are offering it in 223 this year. Start searching.

Savage and Mossberg have rifles in 223. The Mossberg MVP uses AR mags and is chambered for 5.56x45 Nato so it takes both the 223 and Nato.

17 hmr should be plenty capable of 200 yard shooting.

I can't seem to get much accuracy at 200 yards; could be my fault but I find anything past 150 yards pretty frustrating with the 17hmr.

The drop at 200 yards is 8.5 inches.
