Default Can a civilian buy a remington 700 cdl dm

I be wonted this for so long but could never find it so I don't know wether to keep looking or not

Hmm I've seen hundreds of 700s if not more but never a CDL DN

This is a 700 CDL DBM (detachable box magazine). Is that what you mean, or could you clarify the DN part?

Thanks but I'm in ny so I can't order a gun and I mean CDL DM and yes it's the detachable bow magazine
