Default Buying guns in nevada

Does anybody know if you can buy guns in nevada with a out of state drivers lic (colorado) thanks guys

You can buy a gun anywhere, you just can't take possession of a handgun out of state. It needs to be shipped to a FFL in your state of residence.

JPyle nailed it. You may only purchase (take delivery of) a handgun in your state of residence. California residents may not take delivery of ANY modern firearm in another state (California law) Coloradan in NV, rifle or shotgun OK.

Thats what I thought I was wanting to buy a new rifle and not in california didnt think I would have a problem with a col lic in nev thanks guys
