Are you wanting to polish metal with a buffer?
If so,check out Northern Tool or Harbor Freight, they sell buffers that are like bench grinders.

As long as you order from a reputable manufacturer, you should be fine. Are you doing a rifle or carbine build?

Long range rifle. I know I need the a2 buffer kit(I'm pretty sure) but wasn't sure if I should go with ati or some of the others I've seen.

Well I've heard mixed reviews on Ati in general, I haven't heard anything about their buffer kit.

Yeah same here I have read some bad reviews on the kit that they ( ati ) sale its the one that's in the $50 range and I think they have one in the $70 range that looks the same so wanted to stay way from them
