Default Breech opening after firing a H&R .308 Ultra, thoughts?

Currently having a problem with the breech coming open after I fire a round. Could the type of round cause this? I shoot Hornady Super Performance 150 gr. Would this round be to hot? Breech does not come so open it is a hazard, but enough to keep me from shooting it.

Try a standard velocity round and see if it comes open. If it does box it up and call H&R if it is still under warranty and ship it back to them.

Contacted H&R today. They are shipping a FedEx shipping slip and said that they will make it right one way or the other! They said as long as I was using factory loads it should not be happening. Let's wait an see>
