My main bolt gun. Mossberg MVP. It's wearing an SWFA SS 3-9x40 scope.

Not exactly a precision rifle, but it's my first step in that direction. I discovered I love long range shooting, and wanted something a little less epxensive (though less capable) than .308

Can pull in 1/2 MOA groups at 100 yards with Federal Match. I have been reaching out to 600 yards with it with some success, but it's pretty difficult seeing how windy it is here all the dang time.

I don't know, unless he chopped the turrets or they started making low profile turrets, I don't think it's a Leopold mark 4. The turrets on the mark 4 are an inch or better tall and the ones in the pic might be half an inch tall.

i have agree with Gene. need to check and make sure that the scope is what he says it is. Leopold makes good scopes, but their price can vary widely based on which model it is.

another point i will add is this, just because he says it's worth $2200 doesn't mean it is. i would have that verified independently before money or another firearm changed hands. be a shame to trade $2200 of firearms you have for something worth about half that.
