The nosler partition on shoulder impact will shred the shoulder lot of meat loss, behind the shoulder its very good with alot of energy transfer, I have become very hooked on the berger vld for deer, elk, antalope it has a high balistic coe, an hits hard, also retains most of its weight, try them they are priced about the same also
