What is the best bullet weight for a 1in 14 twist barrel in 22-250?

Thanks

50grain to 55grain is the best I think it all depends on how accurate it shoots for u to

1:14, 45gr.

Thanks guys, I started shooting 55gr vmax and then switched to 50 grain and noticed a big improvement at long ranges 250+ yds. 45 grain factory loads seem to be hard to come by so hand loading may be my only option.

Midway has plenty of them.

USA Ammo 22-250 Remington 45 Grain Jacketed Hollow Point

UMC Ammo 22-250 45 Grain Jacketed Hollow Point

Disintegrator Varmint Ammo 22-250 45 Grain Jacketed Iron Core Hollow Point Lead-Free Box of 20

Every gun is different, but the 250 should be able to shoot the 55's well. Twist is only a part of the equation. Stability is achieved by RPM's. A 1-12 .223 is fine with 55's because the velocity is enough to get sufficient RPM's. The higher velocity from the 250 should give enough rotation for the same bullet in a slower twist rate barrel.

50 grain nosler ballistic tips seem to work best for mine
