Default Beowulf


Hey what does everyone think of the BEOWULF? I was just thinking about what I wanted to save up for next....I am intrigued by the idea of a high caliber semi auto carbine...................

I don't see the niche it is trying to fill. If you want a big bore, get a Marlin .45-70.

Except that you can have it in a detachable magazine-fed semi-auto.

It is one of the classic epic poems. If you haven't read it you should.

OHHHHHH The cartridge never seen it or seen much of a need for it.

I have debated for a while about getting a 50 Beowolf. The cons do out weigh the pros though. With the current politics,they have sky rocketed in price and finding ammo or reloading supplies is slim to none available. It is a neat caliber,but I'm just going to go with a 300 Fireball for my next build,it is a really neat cartridge also being able to use 223 brass which I have plenty of for the cases and have sub&supersonic loads for it.
