I have a 1925 Hex Izzy, with all matching serial #s, which I

wouldn't modernize for all the tea in China.

(well, maybe ALL the tea...)

If I were going to do a modernization project,

I would consider getting another 91/30, then have at.

I totally agree. If my 1933 hex was all matching, I would leave it all original. It just depends on how rare and the condition of the weapon
