i hope you dont shoot the rifle using that sight post as a read sight.. that could cause problems for your shoulder and such.. JK
if you are having a diffacult time with just naming parts, your best bet is to have a gunsmith make the change for you. or you could look for an entire new upper half, and sell your current one.
