im a first time gun buyer and am scared to install this. is it tough to do?

lonyaeger 08-03-2010 10:54 PM

No, it's easy, but it can be a little unnerving drilling a hole through your stock!

If you don't want to be drilling holes in a $300+ stock then Try this one.

BLACKHAWK! Rifle Cheek Pad - BLACKHAWK!

Or this one.

BLACKHAWK! Ammo Cheek Pad - BLACKHAWK!

Desert Warrior Products has one specific to the M14, but I think they have others as well, and the M14 will fit a variety of stocks.

And I never worry about drilling holes in expensive stocks to make them what I need them to be.
