Any fans out there of the CETME or HK G3 Rifle?

I guess you can say I am. I have and HK-91 and a CETME. Both run great and really garner attention at the range or when deployed in the field. The 91 is about the only rifle I have ever owned that "looked right" in my paws. Everything else looks like a goofy toy.

Absolutely! It's sounds like a f'in Cannon at the range. I like the looks I get, LOL. I'm talk'in indoor ranges, LOL.

The extreme violence of extraction/ejection allows any close in attackers to be incapacitated by the flying brass. One could engage an enemy at 100+ meters and let the brass take out the CQB range combatants.

Haha. That's true. I think that my hot lead was hitting some people in the lane next to me. Maybe that's why I got those looks...

If it is set up right, it will eject about 30 feet to the right front. A 7.62 case propelled at that velocity has significant energy.

I once set up a blue tarp as a brass catcher for my HK. After shooting a mag full I noticed 30 caliber holes in the tarp. The hot mouths were hitting with enough force to cut/burn holes through the tarp at about 10 feet.
