Hey everyone. I mounted a scope on my 722 in 300 savage and needed to remove the small metal spacer used to adjust the rear sight for different distance shots. I thought I put it back with my other gun parts and bolts but its vanished... Anyone know if you can get a replacement from another 7xx series remington rifle that would fit? I understand the ramp is made specifically for the 300 savage round so I imagine getting something close balistically like a 308 would be good (that is if it fits). I cant seem to find many parts for the 722 since its so old and somewhat uncommon.
