Is 7.62x54r ammo cheap
I live in the rogue valley and I saw a mosin nagant for cheap so I was wondering if the ammo was

Yes it is!
The great thing about the ammo is you can buy the pricier hunting ammo or even competition ammo if you want, but it is REALLY cheap. IF you go to ammunitionstore.com, the surplus crates (440 rounds) go for around $86, thats 20 cents a round for a full sized kickass rifle round! heres the link:
