Greetings, cpttango30,

You should be sorry, calling me a liar before actually checking out my statement. I may be old, but I'm not senile. I suggest you try a 410 in your 45/70. An apology may be in order.

Regards,

Ok so the rim catches in the chamber...

Just goes to show you don't have to be smart to own firearms.

The chamber of a 45/70 IS NOT MADE to shoot .410 shells. Use the CORRECT AMMO in your firearm.

What happens when the brilliant people say yeah sure you can do that. Then the dude just so happens to blow his face off. I guess you don't care right i mean it is only the interwebs.

How hard is it to put out good information?

JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN DOESN'T MEAN YOU SHOULD.

No I will not apologize to your for you talking our your starfish.

Regards,

Greetings,

Your comprehensive skills aren't quite what they should be. The original question was can it be done, not should it be done. End of contest.

Regards,

I am saying a 22lr can kill a deer.

I know it can.

Yes I did do it 2 times. I was young had to help feed 2 families and knew a remote location for it. Am I proud I did it NO. I did it out of the fact that if I did not we would not have had any meat to feed the families. When times are tough you do what you got to do. I figured taking 2 deer out of season was much better than trying to kill a cow Ranchers know when you start killing cows.

G37-you need to back off attacking a long standing respected supporting member like you're doing. The thread you brought up has 0 to do with the thread subject. Back off.
