Default .308 lever action

Any recommendations on .308 lever action with open sites?

I'm wanting to add an open site to my collection and have been reading up on some options. Marlin is getting great reviews for the money.

The Marlin is a 308 Marlin Express not a 308 Winchester/7.62x51 NATO. Browning makes a lever action in 308 Winchester. The old Savage 99 was also a 308 Winchester.

Winchester model 88 or a Savage M99. Personally I really like the Savage, but both are good rifles.
