Does anyone know the drop from supersonic to subsonic if I'm sighted in at 100 yards with supersonic ammo
This is what you need to know:
What is the muzzle velocity of the ammunition you are using? What is the drag coefficient of the bullet? What is the altitude you are shooting at? What is the temperature of the air?
At 47 degrees F at sea level, the speed of sound is about 761 mph, or 1100 feet/second.
Look up your ammunition's ballistic chart and see how far your bullet will travel before it drops below 1100 fps.
If you're at 1,543 feet above sea level, and it's 75 degrees F, the speed of sound will slower because the air will be less dense.
I have no idea but it will depend on the ammo used and environment I imagine.
