New to this site and hunting in general. I grew up with guns mostly revolvers and some older breech loading shotguns. I just recently purchased a 30-30 for hunting and self-defense, my question is that I want to go boar hunting in my home state of South Carolina, and I'm wondering if this is a large enough caliber weapon to do so?
