Default280 Remington

Just curious how many out there may own or looking to own a rifle in 280 Remington. I have had several and really like the versatility.

I have a Ruger M77 (tang safety) in .280 and it's not for sale at any price. I have it outfitted with a Canjar single set trigger among other niceties.

I as well have a M77 in 280/7mm express as well as two No. 1 rugers which are also dual marked. I think they are the "best"!!!!

I too like the 7mm and the 300 WM but the 280 allows so much flexibility for most game animals on this planet and carefully loaded, not too much ouch on the receiving end.

I have an early 60's Flaigs Ace in .280 built on an Argentine Mauser and agree with Bear. Not for sale at any price.

.280 is one of the most underrated, over-achieving calibers available.
