If you are talking about bullets for handloading, any of the premium bullets from Barnes, Nosler, etc., from 85 grain on up to 100 or 105 grains is adequate for for whitetail. Just make sure you are able to put the bullet into a vital area. For factory loaded ammo, any of the premium grades of 90 to 100 grains will be fine.
