All good sea stories begin, " Now this is no s___," and most hunting and fishing stories do also. But I've seen my brother, on several occasions, just crease the highest part of a squirrel's back with a .22---just cut a little slot not a quarter of an inch deep---and kill the squirrel instantly with no meat damage.

I'm a .600 Nitro Express man myself.

When after blue whales, a couple of RPG's are good, but you have to put them down the critter's blowhole. Kind of like taking out the Death Star.

M2 off the back of an old willis of course or maybe a nice recoiless rifle. Just remember while shooting cackling like a crazy person and dancing around is required. Just think jack nicholson as the joker in batman

Of course, it's more of a sure kill if you use the 50.
If you miss - the concussion will get him ...
Either way ...you got him

I'd just like to say this, you guys are a bunch of idiots. Nobody in their right mind would use a .50 of any sort for squirrel. It just screams stupid. Like using something of that size would be cool......the 20mm HEAT round are very obviously better suited. Jeez.....stupid gun toting 'mericans.

Found a whole family of squirrels. One had "shifty" eyes...think he was rabid... Left the 50BMG at home

These are not the squirrels you are looking for

A friend took a photo of his friends deer taken with a .50 BMG. A hind quarter was literaly shorn off the deer. One part sorta fell one way and the rest the other. It was sick...
