There really is no best its whatever one you find that fits you best you can buy a h&r single shot for 150 or by a custom rifle for a 2000 so you got to give us a ballpark prices range for us to suggest a good rifle

The rifle has a nice scope on it now, and I use the hornady takes em out nicely, makes a mess with headshots though.
