That 91 is awesome! The rear sight is not that common. The stock color also looks Finn. Is the receiver stamped SA in a box anywhere? If it is it may be an early Dragoon that was sold to, or captured by the Finns! The Bronze caps and bands are the give away.
I have an extra sling for the 91 if you want it. The early 91/30's came with the rear sights you have, for about 6 months of the 1st production w/ Izzys and 1.5 years w/ Tula. If that rifle is to 91/30 specs other than the sights it could be a really rare rifle. You could buy a thousand+ for what it would be worth. "IF"
You have a rifle that could be 2 different rare rifles. If it is an early 91/30 that was captured by the Finns, that would be the Grail.

Re-numbered are normally a refurb. The SA stamps would be on the side of receiver or barrel. It is an Izhevsk. The little stamps tell the story.

I cant find an SA stamp anywhere on it. No matter.

All I know it is fun to shoot and a relatively inexpensive addiction. I have as much fun shooting these $100 rifles as any rifle at 8x the price.

It is a P series Finn! I have never seen one. I could not even put a price on that!
Finnish P-Series

Edit: the SA was a Winter war era stamp. Yours is older. Worth more. Now is when you say you paid $100.00 out the door.
Edit again, remember the Dragoon statement!!!
