no handgun short of a really good revolver comes close to the 1911 triggers. your not really going to replicate that short of sending it off to a master pistol smith that specializes in trigger work.
replacing the mainspring with a d spring lightens the da pull. replacing the trigger return spring will lighten the sa pull a little but nothing like a 1911.
i find the m9 trigger to be crisp with no creep in sa mode but on the heavy side which is good for a combat trigger but not so good for a target trigger.
there isnt a drop in fix for most sa/da guns they require a highly skilled craftsman to get it done right and safely. sig turns out some really sick da/sa triggers on their target models that make even the finest 1911 triggers green with envy.
there is a way to force mate the sears but i dont really want to describe that in open forums since it can do permanent damage if your not careful
"Gun control: The theory that a woman found dead in an alley, raped and strangled with her panty hose, is somehow morally superior to a woman explaining to police how her attacker got that fatal bullet wound." L. Neil Smith
The problem with being stupid is you cannot simply decide to stop doing dumb things...
