Default P30SK vs P2000SK

A little background, I've been a handgun shooter for over 65 years, have owned[U]many[I] guns, still have a bunch...
I've been shooting mostly my Shield 9 and Springfield Mod 2, but lately I'm finding that the slides are very hard to rack.
Today I was shooting a friends 2000 SK, very nice gun with a great bunch of features.
So, now I'm thinking to add an HK to the collection....question...P30SK or P2000SK?
tnx Daniel

I don't have any experience shooting the P2000SK, but I have shot the P30SK. The P30SK has adjustable grips, just like the P30 and VP9, that are very comfortable. I would suggest you compare how the P30SK feels in your hand compared to the P2000SK. Other than the grips the two guns seem to be pretty similar. The P2000 comes with a pinky extension magazine whereas the extension for P30 magazines would have to be purchased separately.

I have been looking for a 9mm P 30 SKS (??) (safety and decocker) but there doesn't seem to be one available locally...I want at least to see how it feels in my hand before plunking down $700 (or whatever)

For me, the SK is to short on the grip! I did purchase the P2000 in 9mm and 40, than added the 357 Sig barrel. IMHO; the standard P2000 in any caliber is the perfect CCW or nightstand pistol.
Also, in the event I need the pistol, I don't want to have a pistol that I can barely get 3 fingers on! I want a pistol of substantial size that is a fighting pistol and the P2000 fits the bill.

Unfortunately it is very difficult to find a LGS that has the P 30 SK in stock.
And since I did shoot the 2000 and found that I could easily rack the slide and with the ability to change the configuration of the grip on the P 30 I decided to order one
Got it from Buds at a good(?) price and I will be shooting it next range day, it does seem to fit my hand pretty much as it is.....
