Well I got it today with a bunch of ammo. Just gotta get some range time in. Will let you know how she does when I get some time. Between family stuff and overtime at work it might be a couple weeks. Changed the back strap around and it feels even better in hand now. Can't wait to shoot it.

Yeah the 1911 is def the most overpriced handgun on the market. They can reach thousands of dollars. With that said you can get a good one for under $800 and I do love that platform. For me its the most accurate handgun.

The 1911 is a lot more complicated than most of these new guns on the market, the tolerances are tighter and it takes much more time and skill to make.

Priced an M14 lately? Same deal there...
